In the locality Cole Reciso (on the road between Lacona and Portoferraio), nearly in front of the stone mine, you have to take the dirt road on the right that slowly disapears in the woods and local macchia vegetation. Going ahead, always on the dirt road, you can see on the left side, on the hill, the little church of Santa Lucia (can be reached walking, path nº 66). After 3 km you will reach an antic windmill, completely in ruins, from where you have a beautiful panorama over both sides of the island: on one side the gulfof Portoferraio with its ton and fortresses and on the other side the gulf of Lacona with its lage white sandy beach.
Further ahead you will reach a crossing: on the right you can drive uphill through a fire divider. From the top you have a splendid view ver the gulf of Procchio.
